Desiree Carlo

Summary

Desirée Carlo is the Executive Vice President and has been with Manhattan Transfer since 2007. She was first introduced to the securities industry while studying at St. Joseph’s College, where she earned a bachelor’s degree. In her current role, Desiree manages all issuer projects including corporate actions, dividend disbursement, the organizing and planning for annual meetings, proxy voting and mailings and often serves as the Inspector of Elections - both virtually and in-person.
